Need For An Uprise

What I want our so called leaders to accomplish in 2013 in a lill rhyme:

A little less catastrophe, a little more empathy,

Drop the curtain down for a little more transparency.

Ever tax payers dollar goes to a new world  entity,

You can afford another war but can’t take your country out of poverty?

Unemployment, homelessness continue to rise  staggerly

While our ‘leaders’ are  overseas funding the oasis for a world war travesty

Thousands dying in civil wars for freedom, justice and equality,

While our ‘leaders’ are devising plots to pounce on their oil rich commoditys.

Our country is funded from the blood and decapitated limbs of innocent families

Oppressed without necessity

Tortured with heavy-handed intensity

Exiled from their homes carrying a handbag filled with painful memories.

Miscarriages occurring regularly,

Bombs flying from the atmosphere

Is this The world we live in run by snakes & villains  of the UN theatre industry?

Focus on your own domestic affairs,

Before flying overseas like a superhero and acting like you really care

Its Your country that needs repair with a debt climbing steadily.

An ailing economy and a $13 trillion debt is enough to keep you company

The leaders we support who commit day to day tragedies

Are fuelled by our silence, so speak up for your integrity

This all must stop justice must be served or your nightmare will become a reality:

A revolution in 2013..

Stand Tall: Year That Was

As the year draws to a close, it is only relevant that one reflects upon the year that was.
And given the topic is ‘wrapping up’ I hope to give an insight and a little background   to what was  undoubtedly a turbulent year across the world…in a lil rhyme.

I’m the perseverance of the Palestinian nation

I’m the hope n ambition of the Egyptian congregation

I’m the Courage n determination of the Arab revolution

I’m the struggle of the Gazan people facing daily execution

Dime bombs uranium n white phosphorus solution

I’m the 63% of people that suffer daily from malnutrition

I’m the inmates of Guantanimo convicted without prosecution

I’m every law violated in the U .N constitution

I’m the retribution of the minority-demonised, silenced and taped

I’m the innocence of a country, molested, obliterated and raped

9/11 u fool was no f*n mistake,
Orchestrated by American demons of the underworld, wearing black capes.

Don’t believe me? Take a look back and rerun the tape

It’s all (part of) a piece of the puzzle for superiors to dominate

U.S and Zionist officials lay bak and celebrate

Devising plots to ensure  the Middle East completely capitulate

10 years have past (since) but there’s nothing to celebrate

Get ready it’s all set for the new world order to take place

Just to reiterate we’re all gazans living in a bubble

We are strong we stand tall in the face of struggle..

Time

Whether its Monday or Saturday
Don’t count every second

Make every second count

Treat every second on its merits

Lapsed time is time we cannot inherit

Time should be filled with experience, knowledge and contentment

So plan your time wisely to avoid resentment.

If you are the same person now then you were on Monday..

Then that 7 days wasted.

I’ll end by a very profound quote, so pay attention and take note:

“An inch of time is an inch of gold, but you can’t buy that inch of time with an inch of gold.”

Peace..
